Dukago is a commerce, logistics, and mobility platform that connects businesses, customers, riders, and pickup stations on one system. A customer places an order through the app, that order is matched to the nearest available rider or station, and the customer can track it in real time until it arrives.
Coverage is expanding as the rider and station network grows. Enter a delivery address in the app to see immediately whether a location is currently covered, since availability can vary by county and neighborhood.
Yes. The core point-of-sale system is free to use for merchants. Dukago’s business model is built around supporting merchant growth first, with revenue coming from the logistics and delivery side of the platform.
Once an order comes in through your merchant dashboard, it is automatically routed into Dukago’s delivery network and matched with a nearby rider or vehicle. You never need to hire, train, or manage a delivery team.
Apply through the Dukago app or website by submitting your details and required documents. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you get access to the Rider App and can start accepting deliveries.
Yes. Riders on Dukago work flexibly and can log in and accept jobs on a schedule that suits them, rather than being locked into fixed shifts.
Dukago is reducing emissions through fleet electrification, route optimization that cuts unnecessary trips, and smarter matching of orders to the nearest available rider or vehicle.
The fleet is transitioning to electric vehicles in phases, starting with motorcycles on dense delivery routes, with vans following as charging infrastructure expands.
